Fairview Industrial Park

The Fairview Industrial Park is a 60.4 acre Oklahoma Certified Industrial Park.  The park is located at the north end of Fairview, adjacent to U.S. Highway 60 and the Fairview Municipal Airport.  The Park is serviced by a concrete interior road, electric, water and sanitary service, provided by the City of Fairview, gas service provided by CenterPoint Energy, and telephone service is provided by AT&T.

The certification of an Industrial Park by the State of Oklahoma gives the Park owners the opportunity to apply for up to $6,000,000 in loans from the Oklahoma Linked Deposit Program through the State Treasurers office.  The Linked Deposit Loan Program provides special, low interest loans to eligible small businesses located in the Fairview Industrial Park.

We would love to work with you through the Major County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) to design an appropriate incentive program tailored for your expansion or relocation needs.  These incentives may be in the form of loans, cash infrastructure, land and/or improvements.  The size and scope of the incentives will be based on the economic impact (number of new primary, quality jobs created and the dollar value of the new investment in the Fairview area) of the proposed project.  The MCEDC seeks to structure an Incentive Program that is a win-win solution for both your company & MCEDC.
